Short run and small batch packaging
Most box printers set a minimum order quantity because short runs are awkward to fit around big ones. We don’t: custom boxes, no minimum. A run of under a thousand boxes to test a new product and a run of over a million for an established line go through the same press and the same quality checks.
That makes short run packaging and small batch packaging practical. You can trial a design, launch a limited edition or reorder little and often, without paying for boxes you will not use. When the product takes off, the same artwork and the same cutting forme scale straight up.
Enquiries range from samples only to runs of over a million units, and every one gets a specification and a price, normally within one working day.

Tell us about the product. Its size, the quantity and the look you are after. We come back with a specification and a price, normally within one working day.
We design the structure. Our in-house design service works out a carton that fits and protects the product, and we make plain samples so you can test it before committing.
Artwork and proof. Send finished artwork, or have it created and corrected here. Everything is proofed on site before it goes to press.
Print, finish and deliver. Printed, cut, finished and glued in one building, then delivered on our own lorries, flat or made up and ready to fill.
Custom boxes for products of every kind

Food and drink packs are made on a site audited to BRCGS for Packaging Materials at Grade AA. Beauty packs can carry embossing, foil blocking and soft touch. Pharmaceutical cartons can carry Braille and easy-open features.

Is there a minimum order for custom printed boxes?
No. Custom packaging, no minimum order and no maximum run length. A short run to test a new product and a long run for a standing line go through the same press and the same quality checks, so a small order is not treated as second best.
Do you make custom boxes with logo printing?
Yes. We print lithographically in up to seven colours plus a coater, so your logo, brand colours and photography reproduce sharply. Artwork can be created, corrected and proofed in house before anything is printed.
Can you make a box in any size or shape?
Yes. Every box is made to fit your product. Our in-house design service works out the carton structure, and we produce plain samples for testing before a launch is committed. We also cut and emboss complex shapes that many printers decline to quote for.
How long do custom printed boxes take?
Typically two weeks from approved artwork to delivery. We deliver on our own transport across the UK, Ireland and Europe, flat or made up and ready to fill.
Are your custom packaging boxes UK made?
Yes. They are made in our own factory in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. Design, printing, cutting, gluing and finishing all happen on one site, which is certificated to BRCGS for Packaging Materials at Grade AA.
