What pharmaceutical cartons have to do
A pharmaceutical carton has more jobs than most. It has to carry the product name in Braille, open easily for the patient while keeping the contents secure, and carry every line of text exactly as approved.
We build those requirements in from the start: Braille embossed as part of finishing, easy-open designs, and information leaflets printed alongside the cartons, so the pack and its paperwork come from one supplier.
Every production run is held to the specification signed off at sample stage, on a site audited to BRCGS for Packaging Materials at Grade AA, the highest grade the standard awards.

The same carton, every run
Consistency is what buyers need from pharmaceutical carton manufacturers. The run is printed on the same seven colour press, cut and glued on the same site, and checked against the specification agreed at sample stage, so a reorder matches the carton already on the shelf.
There is no minimum run length, which helps with small batches, trial packs and line extensions, and no maximum for established products.
From specification to delivery
Specification. Tell us the product, the pack size and the text it must carry. We come back with a specification and a price, normally within one working day.
Samples and proofs. Plain samples to test the structure, then artwork created or corrected and proofed on site before anything is printed.
Production and delivery. Printed, embossed, cut and glued in one building, then delivered on our own transport. More on our folding cartons.
