A folding carton is a box made from printed paperboard. It is printed and cut flat, creased so it folds cleanly, glued, and delivered flat, ready to be made up and filled on your line or by hand.
Folding carton packaging is what you see on most supermarket, pharmacy and beauty shelves: cereal boxes, medicine cartons, cosmetic boxes, tea and chocolate packs. It prints beautifully, stores flat, and recycles with paper.

Design to delivery, one supplier
Many carton suppliers send parts of a job out: design to one firm, finishing to another, delivery to a haulier. We do all of it on one site, from the carton structure and the artwork to the press, the finishing line and our own lorries.
That keeps the lead time to around two weeks and keeps one team accountable for the result. It also means we take on the complex builds and shapes that many printers decline to quote for.

What size sheet can you print?
Our seven colour B1 litho press takes a maximum sheet of 730 x 1040mm and runs at up to 16,000 sheets an hour.
Is there a minimum order for folding cartons?
No. There is no minimum and no maximum run length.
How long do folding cartons take?
Typically two weeks from approved artwork to delivery, on our own transport across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
What folding carton box types can you make?
Product boxes, sleeves, window cartons and containers, plus complex shapes that many printers decline to quote for. Every carton is designed in house to fit its product, with plain samples before production.
